Your Role

As a Marketing CRM Manager, you will own the content strategy and production for Solaris' credit card business. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer communication and marketing/sales activities across all lifecycle touchpoints

• Overseeing marketing materials for online and offline sales channels, ensuring brand and communication consistency

• Setting up marketing campaigns, monitoring their performance, testing, and suggesting improvements

• Developing content for campaigns and customer communications, and aligning with internal and external stakeholders

• Briefing different offline channels and supporting the planning of campaigns and events to ensure effective execution

We'd Love to See

• Relevant experience in campaign management, marketing, and/or customer communication

• Experience with CMS, campaign tools, and other CRM platforms; experience with Braze is a plus

• Strong communication skills; experience with copywriting is a big plus

• Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data

• Ability to brief and steer external creative agencies

• A highly effective communicator with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders

• Well-developed organisational and analytical skills

• Excellent German and English language skills
