Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that engage employees and drive alignment during times of change
- Partner with leaders and teams to create informative and inspiring content across various internal channels
- Foster an inclusive communication culture that reflects the diverse backgrounds of our global workforce
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications, using feedback and analytics to improve engagement
- Manage multiple communication projects and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely execution
- Continuously evaluate and refine communication tools, approaches, and formats to enhance employee experience.
- A degree in Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international FinTech
- Proven track record in strategizing and implementing communication initiatives with an employee-centric approach
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an easily digestible way
- Sensitivity and competence in working with diverse cultures and stakeholders
- Fluent English and German language skills (both written and spoken) are essential
