Your tasks

• 
  Design and deliver bespoke AI Training programs: Develop and lead engaging training sessions on key AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other relevant platforms) tailored to the specific needs and workflows of various departments
  
• 
  Customize content: Collaborate closely with different teams to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, adapting training materials to ensure maximum relevance and impact
  
• 
  Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies, identifying those with the potential to benefit our internal processes
  
• 
  Facilitate AI exploration workshops: Lead interactive workshops with departmental teams to brainstorm and identify practical applications for AI, fostering a culture of innovation and efficient tool adoption
  
• 
  Develop best practices: Establish and champion best practices for AI usage within the company, ensuring ethical considerations and data privacy are always at the forefront
  
• 
  Measure impact: Track the effectiveness of training programs and AI implementations, gathering feedback to continuously refine strategies and maximize ROI
  
  
  

Your profile

• 
  Proven expertise in AI Tools: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with prominent AI applications like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other generative AI platforms
  
• 
  Exceptional training and presentation skills: A natural ability to simplify complex technical concepts and deliver engaging, clear, and effective training to diverse audiences
  
• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent ability to build rapport, actively listen, and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
  
• 
  Fluent in German and English: Capable of conducting training and workshops, as well as communicating effectively in both languages
  
• 
  Analytical and problem-solving acumen: Capable of identifying departmental needs, analyzing potential AI solutions, and guiding teams through implementation challenges
  
• 
  Proactive and self-starting mentality: Eager to explore new technologies, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives independently
  
• 
  Educational background: A degree in Technology, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in corporate training, change management, or technology adoption is a significant plus
