By strengthening our in-house legal expertise, we can proactively ensure that our insurance services are not only compliant, but also fair, transparent, and trusted by our policyholders.TasksWe are looking for a high-performing, pragmatic and tech-savvy Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. The position will be based in Berlin and report directly to our Head of Legal. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal work related to insurance operations in Germany, particularly supporting our Claims and Customer Service teams.This role will also act as the main liaison for legal compliance in Germany, playing a key part in reducing external legal costs, mitigating regulatory risks, and enabling sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with the Country Manager Germany and internal teams across the company. Occasional travel to Sweden is expected.We operate with a hybrid work model, where employees are generally expected to be in the office three days per week.
