Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct quality audits across all facility services
Responsible for the implementation of standards and standard operating procedures across our facilities.
Evaluate service performance, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and waste management
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and legal standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA)
Document findings and create actionable reports with corrective and preventive measures
Monitor implementation of improvements and corrective actions
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and support quality training
Assist in internal and external audits (client, regulatory, certification)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and safety
Maintain audit tools, checklists, and documentation systems
Report recurring issues and recommend strategic improvements
- A good command of English language is required
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Degree in Facility Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
2–4 years’ experience in quality assurance or auditing, preferably in facility services or hospitality
Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Fluent German language skills (minimum requirement)
Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple audit projects
Quality auditing certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools
