Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of a virtual B2B conference focused on procurement topics
- Help set up and manage the conference platform and conference app
- Assist in developing and implementing a communication strategy for visitors, sponsors, and panelists
- Coordinate speaker outreach and manage both administrative and content-related communication
- Help curate conference themes, session formats, and panel discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the event through digital channels
- Maintain databases of contacts, schedules, and conference materials
- Engage with procurement professionals, academics, and business representatives
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Fluent in English or German; additional EU languages are a plus
- Interest in developing strong organizational and communication skills
- Motivation to learn about B2B event management, digital platforms, and marketing
- Proactive and independent working style, with the ability to collaborate in a team
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
- Creativity and attention to detail in preparing compelling conference content
- Interest in or experience with virtual event platforms and conference apps is a plus
- This is an unpaid internship with a minimum duration of 3 months.
- For German students: This is a Pflichtpraktikum (mandatory internship as part of your study program).
- For EU students: We accept obligatory internships required by your academic curriculum.
- For non-EU students: Open to international applicants seeking professional experience in a European startup under their university's internship requirements.
