Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of high-voltage instrument transformers, focusing on design, performance, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, …
• Conduct advanced technical analyses and simulations to validate design concepts and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to inform product development strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

Your Profile:

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of instrument transformers or related products.
• Deep understanding of electrical insulation systems, magnetic materials, …
• Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from concept to commercialization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
