Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Full-Cycle Execution

  • Develop and execute end-to-end hiring strategies aligned with business goals, with a strong focus on quality of hire, process efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle of a smaller req load, from talent sourcing and selection through to offer management and onboarding.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Manage and develop a team of up to 4 direct reports, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement.
  • In partnership with the Head of Recruiting, set clear performance goals and coach team members to exceed hiring targets and contribute to broader talent initiatives while ensuring that the team meets established KPIs and SLAs.

Volume Hiring & Sector Expertise

  • Lead volume recruitment initiatives using scalable, innovative sourcing methods.
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge in the e-commerce business function to attract and engage hard-to-find, specialized talent.
  • Lead recruitment related projects

Data-Driven Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment KPIs to drive ongoing process improvements and optimize team performance.
  • Audit and confirm proper usage of all recruiting tools by team members to ensure compliance with SLAs and local laws.
  • Strengthen the organization’s employer brand through strategic campaigns, events, and candidate engagement initiatives.

Business Partnering

  • Key partner for business leaders and HR team supporting the Group Operation business, providing reporting and updates on a regular cadence.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, including at least 1 year in a Lead or Line Manager capacity.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and Operatrions landscape, including trends and talent market dynamics.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and executing hiring strategies, including direct sourcing and employer branding efforts.
  • Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems and modern recruitment tools.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
