As a Trainee Influencer Marketing, you will gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing and support our team in growing Yepoda’s presence in the German market. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. We also welcome applications from junior-level candidates.

Your Tasks

• Assist in researching and identifying potential influencers for collaboration.
• Support the team in managing relationships with influencers, their agencies, and our brand.
• Help with the briefing process, ensuring influencers align with our expectations.
• Learn to negotiate partnerships, focusing on performance and budget considerations.
• Contribute to the execution of our Influencer Marketing strategy to support revenue growth.
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance, tracking relevant KPIs, and preparing reports.
• Take ownership of essential operational tasks to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence throughout the entire influencer collaboration process.
  
  

Your Profile

• You have recently graduated from studies in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• You bring experience or a strong interest in E-Commerce, Sales, or Marketing, ideally with exposure to Influencer Marketing.
• Fluency in German and English.
• A strong understanding of social media, trends, and influencer dynamics.
• You are goal-oriented, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
• You are comfortable working with data, open to learning new tools, and motivated to understand and analyze revenue-based KPIs.
• You are comfortable handling operational and repetitive tasks, bring a go-getter and hands-on attitude, and stay motivated even during routine processes.
• Passion for beauty, numbers & social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.).
