We are searching for an experienced Hardware Engineer - Defense Encryption - copy at our Germany facility.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in Hardware (HW) or Firmware (FW) to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the defense sector and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the development and implementation of HW/FW solutions.
• Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of hardware and firmware systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in HW/FW technologies and defense industry trends.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HW/FW development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of defense sector standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
