As Team Lead IT Operations – ERP & CRM, you will lead and motivate two cross-functional teams with strategic vision and a strong focus on team development. You ensure effective collaboration, optimize cross-team processes, bring a strong agile mindset, and help align our IT operations strategy with overall business goals. You will create an environment that fosters trust, ownership, and continuous learning – and actively shape the culture and future of our IT.
This position can be filled on-site, hybrid, but also full-remote within Germany or specific European countries where we are registered. Your work location will be agreed upon in advance and forms the basis of your employment contract.

These are your tasks:
- Disciplinary Leadership & Team Development: You lead a team of experienced developers, a Scrum Master, and young talents, foster a respectful and appreciative team culture, and plan for targeted team development and long-term team alignment.
- Strategic alignment & collaboration: You translate corporate goals into actionable team objectives, coordinate closely with Product Owners and IT leadership, and ensure that resources are used effectively.
- Operations & innovation: You are responsible for the reliable delivery of ERP and CRM systems, supporting technological change, implementing new tools, and driving the adoption of AI-assisted development processes. In close collaboration with the Product Owners, you ensure the reliable availability of our ERP and CRM systems. You support technological change, help introduce new tools, and actively drive the integration of AI-assisted development processes together with your team.
- Change management & cultural development: You guide your team through change, establish a culture of open feedback, and promote continuous improvement.
- Recruiting & onboarding: In close collaboration with our People & Culture team, you conduct interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and ensure new team members are successfully onboarded.
- Cost & capacity responsibility: You manage assigned cost centers, set priorities, and ensure sustainable resource planning and utilization.
- You have several years of experience in the disciplinary leadership of IT teams and know how to support and develop employees with varying levels of experience, from junior to senior.
- Your technical background is grounded in hands-on experience in software development, IT project management, or quality assurance. You understand technical contexts and can provide sound guidance to your team.
- You are well-versed in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, are experienced with the DX Core 4 framework, and ideally bring experience in leading agile roles like Scrum Masters.
- Strategic thinking is one of your core strengths. You can analyse technical and organisational requirements and translate them into a long-term team strategy.
- You bring solid experience in change management, are skilled in guiding teams through transformation, and act as a motivator in times of change.
- Your strong communication skills and empathy enable you to lead with clarity and respect, and to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- You are fluent in both German and English at a minimum of C1 level in each language.
