Our Team

Cimpress Open excels at serving customers via third-party channels. We partner with companies that have strong customer relationships with end-customers who need mass-customized print products. Cimpress Open pursues opportunities with digital design software partners and established ecommerce marketplace platforms.

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Category Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end product launch strategy across marketplaces, with a focus on Amazon and the EU and US regions

You will play a meaningful role in crafting our category management function from the ground up—this includes defining important metrics, building reporting infrastructure, and leading cross-functional partners. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about marketplace dynamics, customer behavior, and business growth.

What You Will Do

You will play a critical role in shaping our category management function from the ground up—this includes defining KPIs, building reporting infrastructure, and managing cross-functional stakeholders. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about marketplace dynamics, customer behavior, and business growth.

  • Lead and own the end-to-end product launch strategy for assigned categories on Amazon Seller Central, across Europe and the United States.
  • Build and scale category management practices from scratch—including reporting, analytics, and performance KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Be the strategic bridge between market insights and operational execution - translating customer and market needs into actionable product priorities.
  • Regularly present business insights and prepare strategic plans and sales forecasts.
  • Optimize category performance through data-led decision making.

Your Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in category management, product strategy, or marketplace operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central in multiple markets (EU and US in particular).
  • Proven ability to build category management processes from the ground up.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with a strong track record in leveraging insights and forecasting. Skilled in Excel, data organization, and visualization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English is a must; German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a big plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
