Lieferando is looking for a Project Manager to join its strategy team, working alongside a small team of strategy and program managers. Reporting into the Head of Strategy, you’ll be part of Lieferando’s country coordination function, at the heart of the business and across all the exciting developments and initiatives we have planned. You will work cross-functionally to deliver programs and projects that drive our performance.

This role will involve working on a varied and exciting set of projects from start to end, covering a wide span of topics across critical parts of our business, like loyalty, expansion, and our go-to-market strategy. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to apply their project management, stakeholder and communication skills to a fun and fast-paced environment, with the opportunity for real exposure across many parts of our business.

Lead select strategic projects and programs for Lieferando, including cross-functional projects in a variety of topic areas;

Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets; create project tracking and documentation as needed, to inform broader stakeholders regarding project progress;

Work cross-functionally to drive and understand the success of these projects and programs. Provide direction, support and guidance to project teams to ensure efficient and effective teamwork;

Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project to minimise their impact, engaging stakeholders as needed;

Experience in project or program management, ideally across multiple functions and engaging senior stakeholders;

Project management qualifications or certifications are desirable but not required;

Fluent in English and German.
