The role

We are looking for exceptional engineers to join our fast-growing team automating manual processes for legal professionals. You'll play a central role in developing our AI product and have end-to-end ownership of new features

You will focus on research and development related to large language models, reporting directly to our CTO, and as part of a lean engineering team, we expect that you are able to contribute across the stack when necessary

We're looking for in-depth experience with:

  Python: FastAPI and common packages related to data science

  Svelte
  
• 
  Building agentic LLM-powered products with RAG and tool usage
  
• 
  LLM-related frameworks like Langfuse and LangChain or similar
  
• 
  Vector databases
  
• 
  Docker
  
• 
  Software engineering best practices
  
• 
  Security best practices
  

Our team works in person at the Merantix AI Campus in Berlin. You must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in German is a plus
