What the job involves
- Support the Head of Finance with the financing of the portfolio, including project management in the context of leveraged financing transactions, coordination of creditor due diligences and financial modelling
- Contribute to portfolio risk management and financial analysis: analysis of balance sheets and capital structures of portfolio companies including financial health checks, counterparty risks etc.
- Assisting CFOs with the execution of financial reporting and performance metrics post financing
- Support in the financial management of the fund
- A master’s degree in economics, finance, or equivalent, with strong academic credentials
- Team player with an ambitious, curious, and proactive attitude, combined with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken German and English
- Previous relevant work experience in either leveraged finance, private credit, or debt advisory, at a reputable institution
- A strong analytical mindset with a focus on financials and legal documentation
