As we continue to grow, we are investing in our corporate membership and executive community programs to create a year-round network of senior decision-makers responsible for technology adoption, innovation strategy, procurement, and transformation initiatives.
We are seeking a Director of Executive Membership & Corporate Community to build, scale, and monetise a high-value community of senior enterprise leaders.
This role sits at the intersection of community building, membership strategy, business development, and executive engagement. You will be responsible for growing a curated network of senior corporate decision-makers while ensuring the community delivers meaningful value to members, partners, and the wider platform.
You will own both strategy and execution: defining the membership proposition, driving member acquisition and engagement, developing commercial models, and building the team and systems required to support growth.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with senior executives, building communities from the ground up, and creating new revenue streams through membership, access, and engagement.
Community Growth & Member Acquisition
Own the growth and development of the executive membership community.
Build and execute strategies to attract senior corporate leaders while maintaining a high bar for relevance, seniority, and engagement.
Develop a scalable acquisition engine for membership growth.
Build relationships with enterprise leaders across multiple industries and technology sectors.
Continuously refine the membership value proposition and positioning.
Design and evolve the membership model, including tiering, benefits, access structures, and pricing.
Develop sustainable revenue streams through memberships, premium experiences, executive networking opportunities, and strategic access programs.
Balance commercial objectives with member trust and community quality.
Monitor engagement, retention, and revenue performance to optimise the model over time.
Explore new formats and offerings that create measurable value for members and partners.
Design and deliver year-round engagement programs that encourage meaningful participation and peer-to-peer exchange.
Create experiences that connect senior executives with founders, investors, operators, and subject-matter experts.
Develop exclusive forums, roundtables, leadership networks, and executive-level discussions.
Ensure members receive tangible value through networking, learning, business opportunities, and industry insight.
Build programs that encourage long-term engagement and community participation.
Own the executive member journey across flagship events and community gatherings.
Design high-quality networking and matchmaking experiences.
Work closely with programming, partnerships, and operations teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.
Increase participation, engagement, and retention across both online and in-person formats.
Build, manage, and develop the team responsible for membership growth, engagement, and operations.
Establish processes, systems, and KPIs to support scale.
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, content, and leadership teams.
Contribute to broader company strategy through insights gathered from the executive community.
You are a relationship-driven operator who combines strong commercial instincts with exceptional stakeholder management and community-building capabilities.
You enjoy working with senior executives, creating meaningful professional networks, and building scalable programs that generate both engagement and revenue.
4-8 years of experience in community building, membership programs, executive networks, partnerships, hosted buyer programs, or enterprise relationship management.
Experience engaging and convening senior corporate leaders and executive audiences.
Track record of growing communities, memberships, or recurring-revenue programs.
Strong commercial acumen with experience developing monetisation strategies or revenue-generating products.
Experience building teams, processes, and operational systems in growing organisations.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management and organisational abilities.
Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial environments with high levels of ownership and autonomy.
Interest in innovation, emerging technologies, startups, venture capital, or corporate transformation.
