HSE Site Specialist (Concrete Tower) - #2634332

We are supporting a leading Wind Turbine OEM in the search for experienced HSE Site Specialists to support the safe delivery of hybrid concrete tower installation projects across Germany.

Essential Requirements

• Previous HSE experience within the wind industry
• Experience on European wind projects, with Germany highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of construction safety and contractor management
• Strong reporting, documentation and stakeholder management skills
• GWO Basic Safety Training
• German right to work is essential

Beneficial

• German and/or Spanish language skills are advantageous

Project Information

• Multiple onshore wind projects across Germany
• Hybrid concrete tower installation projects
• 7 HSE Specialists required across various project scopes
• Projects ranging from 1 to 6 turbines per site
• Contract durations ranging from June 2026 through to January 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor HSE measures during hybrid tower installation activities

• Review and verify subcontractor HSE documentation, including RAMS, HSE Plans and Training Matrices

• Ensure compliance with German HSE legislation and site requirements

• Implement HSE Management Systems and develop project specific HSE documentation

• Conduct site inspections, audits and contractor safety assessments

• Lead incident investigations and prepare investigation reports

• Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste controls on site

• Support the identification and resolution of safety related issues

• Produce project reports, registers and documentation using Microsoft Office
