Our client, a scaling B2B software company, is looking to hire a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to support continued growth across the DACH market.
This is an opportunity to join a business where high performance is recognised early, development is taken seriously, and progression into more senior commercial roles is a genuine expectation rather than a distant promise.
- Identifying and engaging prospective customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers through a thoughtful, consultative approach.
- Generating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.
- Researching target accounts and creating relevant outreach strategies.
- Working closely with experienced sales leaders in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Around 1+ years of experience in software/SaaS sales, business development or sales development.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
- Strong communication skills and commercial curiosity.
- Evidence of achievement beyond the job description: whether that's academic excellence, sporting success, entrepreneurial ventures, leadership positions, scholarships, or consistently exceeding targets.
- A willingness to learn, receive feedback and be challenged.
You don't need to have done everything before.
