The Owners Forum

The Owners Forum is an exclusive, member-based network of leading international family enterprises, represented by decision-makers of their owning families. Our mission is to empower these multi-generational leaders, supporting them in tackling complex global challenges and fulfilling the potential of their generation. Around eight times a year, our members convene for forums and member-hosted meetings in international business hubs such as Berlin, London, New York, Paris, Rome, Silicon Valley, Singapore or Tokyo.

Beyond tackling complex issues related to family business management, the Forum focuses on global economic themes and fosters personal exchange among principals.

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager, International Member Relations to join our team at the earliest possible start date, serving as a key relationship contact and engagement driver for our global membership base.



Your Responsibilities

You will take direct ownership of managing key member accounts and communications within the global network, ensuring the highest level of service and strategic engagement with high-level stakeholders.

Global Member Liaison & Account Management

  • In collaboration with the team, you will be responsible for managing key member accounts and driving engagement across the global membership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member offices, managing communication flow and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Communicate autonomously via email and telephone with the offices of the world's largest family enterprises, actively managing account status and ensuring their participation in our exclusive events.
  • Handle follow-ups regarding member attendance and address all inquiries related to account status and event participation professionally and courteously.
  • Draft and prepare all account-specific communications (e.g., personalized invitations, briefing notes) with flawless style and accuracy.

Relationship Coordination & Strategic Support

  • Develop and maintain solid knowledge about key accounts and significant member developments, ensuring this critical information is shared internally to inform organizational strategy, support effective relationship management, and proactively collaborate with the Programme Team to suggest relevant members for high-profile engagement opportunities (e.g., speaking roles, panel discussions).
  • Coordinate and facilitate strategic interactions (calls, meetings) between our Founders and key members, ensuring seamless logistics and appropriate preparatory materials.
  • Conduct research on member companies to enhance relationship depth and engagement opportunities.
  • Document all communication and relationship activity accurately within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Continuously evaluate and update internal processes and documentation related to account management and member services.

Event Execution & Support

  • Approximately 2–3 times per year, you will join our Event Team at our global forums to actively assist in the highly professional execution of our events.



Experience & Background

  • University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 3–5 years of practical experience in a comparable position focused on communication and relationship management.
  • Proven background in Account Management or Relationship/Community Management, ideally involving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, Principals of family offices, or C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience gained in the luxury service or high-end hospitality sector (e.g., Hotel School) is highly valued, demonstrating superior customer-centricity and professional poise.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (C1 Level) and good command of German, in particular written
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Salesforce is key and Adobe products are an advantage.
