As a Luxury Sales & Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and converting high-value opportunities into long-term client relationships.
You will work directly with international guests, corporate clients, brokers, relocation agencies, and referral partners while helping shape a new premium lifestyle brand from the ground up.
Your mission: to generate demand, build relationships, and turn prospects into loyal ambassadors of SPARK.
Aufgaben
Developing new business opportunities for Luxury Living, Short-Stay, and Corporate Residence products
Managing the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and inquiry management to proposal, negotiation, and booking
Building and expanding a network of brokers, relocation agencies, family offices, corporate partners, and referral sources
Conducting professional viewings, residence tours, and client presentations
Identifying and converting new partnership opportunities through networking and relationship building
Creating and presenting tailored living, hospitality, and experience packages
Supporting sales and marketing initiatives to increase awareness and lead generation
Maintaining booking systems and CRM (HubSpot / Supabase)
Collaborating closely with Operations, Guest Relations, Events, and Marketing
Monitoring market developments and trends within Luxury Hospitality, Real Estate, Lifestyle, and Serviced Apartments
Qualifikation
Degree or professional background in Business, Sales, Hospitality, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, luxury brands, hospitality, premium real estate, serviced apartments, automotive, aviation, or similar customer-facing industries
Strong commercial mindset with a passion for sales and relationship building
Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and partnerships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Affinity for architecture, design, hospitality, luxury brands, and premium experiences
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative
Excellent English skills; German and additional languages are a plus
Confident appearance and natural ability to connect with people
