Client Advisor in Full Time
who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team i
n Berlin KaDeWe
Join us in a dynamic
matrix role (70% Retail Sales / 30% Stock)
where you will meet performance expectations, deliver exceptional customer service, ensure customer satisfaction in alignment with company standards, and contribute to strong inventory results
How you will contribute in Sales:
Finalize sales targets achievements in line with company strategy
Use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the stores
Contribute to build team working sharing information and best practices
Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and Client Book
Uphold respect of the company standards and procedures
Keep stock info updated and follow store-to- store transfer request procedures
Cultivate customer relationships
Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards
How you will contribute in Stock:
Ensure seamless merchandise reception, including quality control and system registration
Maintain an organized, premium stock environment with optimal storage and accessibility
Coordinate stock movements (transfers, returns, consignment) across locations
Oversee inventory administration, including compliance documentation (e.g. CITES)
Perform regular stock controls to ensure accuracy and integrity
Who you are
-
Work experience at least 1 to 2 years
Excellent customer and service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to several types of Customers
Sales experience preferably in fashion & luxury contexts
Excellent communication and empathetic
skills
Commercial results orientation
Good team player
Exceptional attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach to logistics and stock flow
Multitasking, flexible
Capacity to work in a fast moving, dynamic and stressing environment
German and English proficiency required; additional languages as an advantage
