Tasks

• Collaborate closely with the founder to execute strategic initiatives and drive company growth.


• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies tailored for Gen Z candidates.


• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the staffing and recruiting industry.


• Support the management of client relationships and help in expanding the company's network within GTM teams.


• Participate in the creation and refinement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.


• Strong interest in staffing and recruiting, with a passion for connecting Gen Z talent to go-to-market roles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates and teams.


• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.


• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms relevant to recruitment and team collaboration.
