At Brammibal's Donuts we're looking for a Shop Manager (gn) in Berlin to join our Front Of House management team.

About The Job

As our Shop Manager in Berlin you are in charge of the day-to-day running of your store, keeping a close eye on the financial performance, motivating and training your team to perform at a high level every day and most importantly lead by example.

Our teams always succeed in making our customers feel welcome and providing them with a warm and friendly experience. As part of our FOH management team you are one of the faces of Brammibal's Donuts. Serving our customers with a big smile, helping them with your donut-expertise and brewing the most delicious cup of coffee and motivating your team to do the same is the most important part of your job.

You Will

• Work on the floor with your team, giving great customer service and serving fantastic drinks
• Plan and order the donut quantities for your location
• Be in charge of the inventory of your entire store
• Make the monthly shift plan for your team based on your personnel budget
• Train and onboard your new team members
• Provide ongoing feedback and training to your existing team
• Enforce work safety and hygiene rules as well as our high product and customer service standards
• Participate in regular meetings with the Operations Team and your fellow Shop Managers
• Be responsible for the staffing of your shop in collaboration with our District Manager and HR team
  
  

About You

• Formal training or relevant experience in a leadership position within the restaurant / hospitality / tourism industry
• You love customer service and go out of your way to make each customer feel special
• A love for donuts! Knowing our product is key.
• Experience with Speciality Coffee would be a plus
• Ability to speak English, some German would be a plus
• You are trustworthy, reliable and punctual

• A 37.5 hrs full time week, part time also possible
• Monthly wage of 3099,37 EUR (full time) + tips + quarterly bonus depending on store performance (pay based on the current collective wage agreement for system gastronomy, with clear pay levels and regular raises)
