Your mission

• Design attractive property listings and present the diverse portfolio in an appealing way
• Handle tenancy enquiries with dedication, including organising and conducting viewings
• Select suitable tenants and carefully oversee the selection process
• Draw up tenancy agreements and ensure a professional and smooth process
• Maintain tenant records throughout the tenancy and support the management of notice of termination
• Ensure close collaboration with the rent accounts team, e.g. when verifying receipt of security deposits
• Promote cross-departmental cooperation to achieve shared success
  
  

Your profile

• Completed property-specific training or a degree
• Preferably professional experience in the property sector
• Enthusiasm and a passion for property and for interacting with people
• Willingness to travel extensively and flexibility for regular business trips as part of the role
• Strong and confident communication skills, ideally including English
• An independent and proactive approach to work
• Strong affinity for using digital tools and technologies
• Confident and proficient use of ix-Haus and EverReal is desirable
• A team player with a friendly personality, a sales-oriented mindset, intercultural competence and a confident manner
