OII Europe

Who we are looking for

If…

• you genuinely enjoy communicating with people

• bringing order to things gives you a sense of satisfaction

• numbers don’t scare you, and you actually enjoy organising and working with them

• you like keeping track of developments, following things through, and documenting them properly

• you get excited about systems, whether they are simple or complex, and enjoy understanding how they work and putting that knowledge into practice

• you have a bit of a nerdy edge and find joy in being precise, getting the details right, and looking at a piece of work thinking: yes, that’s exactly how it should be

• keeping track of deadlines comes naturally to you

• you love to focus (and perhaps even hyperfocus) on a task, while still being able to shift gears when operational needs require it

• you enjoy mapping out challenges and finding practical solutions

• budgets are more than just Excel sheets to you, and you enjoy understanding and communicating the story behind the numbers

• you feel excited about the prospect of learning new things on the job, sometimes at a fast pace, but always with a whole lot of support

• you are an activist at heart and want to contribute your skills to a small (yet quite successful ) NGO working to make life better for intersex people

… then YOU might be exactly the person we are looking for!
