As a Servicetechniker & Objektbetreuer Outdoor (m/f/d), you will join our Operations Team on Mallorca. You will be responsible for the technical and operational management of our high-end properties' outdoor areas – from independent garden & pool maintenance to minor on-site repairs and the professional coordination of external service providers.

Your mission

Location: Mallorca

Garden Maintenance

• You carry out weekly care, inspections, and pruning of plants and trees to ensure a well-kept appearance of all outdoor-areas.
• You inspect and maintain automatic irrigation systems to keep the gardens in optimal conditions.
  
  

Pool Maintenance

• You manager weekly cleaning and maintenance of the pools, including the monitoring and documentation of water quality.
• You supervise and service all pool technology (e.g. filtration systems, skimmers, and pool heating).
  
  

Maintenance & Repairs

• You perform minor hands-on repairs and provide on-site technical support for the properties.
• You coordinate and supervise external contractors for larger repair and maintenance works.
  
  

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a relevant manual or technical trage (e.g. landscaping / gardening, plumbing, mechatronics). Certifications in pool technology or building services are a strong plus.
• Several years of hands-on experience in independent garden and pool maintenance, as well as technical property care.
• A high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, a strong focus on quality, and a proactive hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in Spanish and very good English skills; German or other languages are a plus
• Valid Class B driving license.
