To strengthen our Games Department, we are looking for a passionate Games Specialist to help us tackle the challenges of our booming TCG catalogue and support the continued growth of our game portfolio. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Games Team, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Customer Support departments, providing valuable TCG expertise to support informed decision-making and effective problem-solving. Your passion for Trading Card Games and deep involvement in the TCG community will be key to helping us deliver game-specific content, insights, and solutions with the consistency and quality our users expect. Together, we will continue to enhance the Cardmarket experience for players, collectors, and enthusiasts across a growing range of games.

Together, we will continue to enhance the Cardmarket experience for players, collectors, and enthusiasts across a growing range of games.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing our TCG product catalogue across multiple Games and categories
- Assisting Support with the resolution of Game-related enquiries
- Contributing with Game expertise for Marketing content, campaigns or events
- Build and maintain documentation regarding workflow processes, ideas and projects
- Being an active voice in the innovation and improvement of our TCG product catalogue
- Spreading the enthusiasm and knowledge for TCG's within the company by organizing and hosting internal workshops, gatherings and events
- Proven extensive knowledge and scope of awareness of the TCG industry and sources of information, with expert level mastery of at least two different Games, including but not limited to a wide coverage perception of the Games' catalogue releases and event schedules; deep understanding of gameplay mechanics; and understanding the nuances, trends and general sentiments of their respective communities
- A specialization in the Bandai universe of TCG's is preferred
- History of using and generally understanding the meanders of Cardmarket from a user perspective is deeply recommended
- Demonstrated remarkable interest for TCG's with a long history of involvement, whether in collecting, community or competitive aspects, as well as ease for adaptability to learn and explore new Games
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential; digital task management, presentation, organizational and documentation tools, such as the Atlassian Suite is highly valued
- Knowledge in basic image editing or graphic asset creation is an advantage
- Proficiency in the English language
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to work simultaneously in a cooperative teamwork environment as well as being able to perform autonomously
- Reliability, professionalism, ownership of responsibility and forward critical-thinking
- Presence in Berlin & valid work permit for Germany is required!
