Your mission

Brand Development & Creative Direction

  • Support the Head of Marketing in defining, evolving, and maintaining a distinctive and cohesive brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across internal and external communications.
  • Act as visual brand guardian, ensuring all visual communications align with brand standards and strategic positioning.

Marketing & Digital Design

  • Create branded templates for presentations, documents, reports, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, lead generation activities, and content marketing initiatives.

Infographics & Technical Communication

  • Transform complex technology concepts, Bluetooth solutions, system architectures, integrations, and workflows into visually engaging:
    • Infographics
    • Schematics
    • Diagrams
    • Process flows
    • Technical illustrations
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and technical stakeholders to ensure visual accuracy.
Events & Exhibition Design

  • Support event planning and coordination activities as needed, including vendor communication and logistics coordination.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and external agencies or vendors.
  • Maintain organized design libraries, templates, and digital assets.

Your profile

Required Experience

  • 4-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communications.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing brand identities and brand guidelines.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality branding, digital marketing, presentation design, and infographic work.
  • Proficiency in presentation design, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience turning technical or complex information into visually compelling graphics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
  • Experience working with luxury, premium, or high-end brands.
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

Technical Skills & Tools

Design

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced)
  • Canva Studio

Project Management

  • Jira
  • Confluence (preferred)
