About The Role

This is a hands-on GTM Engineering role at a fast-growing B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency serving B2B tech companies across the DACH region. You'll own strategic projects end-to-end, building and automating Go-To-Market processes that directly impact client pipeline and revenue outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of data, automation, and growth — making it central to how the team delivers results at scale.

What You'll Do

• Design and build automated GTM workflows using tools like workflow automation platforms and AI tooling.
• Integrate AI tools into outreach, lead generation, and data enrichment processes.
• Work with SQL, Python, and BI tools to collect, transform, and visualize data that drives strategic decisions.
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop clean, maintainable technical solutions to address them.
• Take ownership of strategic projects from day one and drive them forward independently.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n) and integrating AI tooling into GTM processes (e.g., LLM-based tools).
• Strong data skills: comfortable with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.
• AI-native mindset — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and are curious about their GTM applications.
• Systems thinker who spots inefficiencies early and builds scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Fluent in both German (C2 or native) and English, written and spoken.
• Based in Berlin, Germany, or willing to relocate.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €50,000 – €70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must have existing authorization to work in Germany.
