Productsup is a Berlin-based company with a strong international customer base, and we’re looking to rapidly scale our reach within the digital commerce landscape. We are seeking a data-driven and hands-on SEO & GEO Manager to scale our organic search presence and turn search traffic into a core growth engine. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical optimization, product marketing, and content creation to capture high-intent search demand from enterprise buyers, IT decision-makers, and business leaders.


Tasks

Strategy & Content Optimization



  • Own the end-to-end global organic growth roadmap to expand brand visibility across search engines and AI answer engines while driving high-quality SQO pipeline generation.

  • Conduct deep keyword research targeting BOFU and MOFU SaaS buyer journeys, providing actionable briefs to content creators for high-intent topics, structured outlines, and topical authority clusters.

  • Optimize existing product pages, blog hubs, and digital resources applying conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to maximize lead capture.Technical


SEO & AI Search Engine Optimization (GEO)



  • Manage site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, core web vitals, and technical performance in close partnership with the web developer.

  • Optimize brand visibility and product interpretation inside LLMs by securing authoritative citations, optimizing semantic entities, and building robust review ecosystems.

  • Drive international organic growth by managing multi-market SEO, including hreflang implementation, content localization, and region-specific technical optimizations.


Analytics, Experimentation & Audits



  • Track organic KPIs—including pipeline contribution, demo signups, keyword movements, and traffic—using Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush.

  • Design and run structured SEO and CRO experiments (title/meta tests, template changes, internal linking strategies) to measure incremental lift before rolling out sitewide.

  • Perform comprehensive technical audits and landscape analyses to uncover new growth levers and pilot pioneering methodologies in the evolving search ecosystem.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, schema markup, site migrations, and site performance optimization.

  • Proven experience tracking and influencing AI-answer engine visibility (GEO) using specialized tools or custom tracking workflows.

  • Mastery of Google Search Console, GA4, crawling software (e.g., Screaming Frog), SEO suites (Ahrefs, Semrush), and emerging AI visibility platforms.

  • Proven track record of tying organic search performance directly to revenue, signups, and pipeline growth.

  • Excellent communication skills to seamlessly align with Product Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams.
