What You Can Expect

We are looking for a Global Process Owner Tax to lead tax operations across the operating division. You drive the global governance of tax processes, ensuring compliance and alignment across the organisation. The position reports directly to the Vice President Tax of the operating division.

• You standardize and continuously improve global tax processes, driving efficiency and best practices.
• In addition, you define global process standards, documentation requirements and governance frameworks.
• You ensure alignment between operational tax processes and the Corporate Tax strategy.
• In collaboration with Tax Governance and IT, you drive the adoption of tax technologies and digital solutions.
• You lead transformation initiatives and support effective change management across the organization.
• You collaborate with key stakeholders and foster tax process expertise across the organization.
  
  
  

What You Offer

• degree in business administration or similar education with related work experience
• several years of experience in project and/or change management, preferably in an international environment
• strong knowledge of taxation, Financial Accounting and Reporting
• SAP IT knowledge and experience working with SAP-based business processes and systems
• proven ability to design, transition and document processes, combined with a structured, solutions-oriented approach and resilience in dynamic environments
• excellent communication skills in English and German, combined with the ability to thrive in diverse, global teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 74.000 - 78.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience - In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company.
