Brammibal's Donuts is a vegan donut company founded in 2015 by our two CEOs, Jessica and Bram. Today, we run ten locations in Berlin and five in Hamburg, serving our delicious vegan donuts and specialty coffee. Join us and help change the perception of plant-based food - one donut at a time.

About The Job

• As part of our Service / FOH Team, you'll be one of the faces of Brammibal's Donuts. Serving our customers with a big, warm smile, helping them with your donut expertise, and making the most delicious coffee: these are the most important parts of your job.
• You will also help with the daily cleaning and organization in the store, so that the presentation of our donuts is always on point.
• Each of our stores is managed by a Shop Manager, who is your direct supervisor and will instruct and support you in your daily work. Teamwork is very important to us.

About You

• You love to put a smile on customers' faces and know exactly what is important in customer service
• You are trustworthy, reliable and punctual
• You have a health certificate (food hygiene certificate from the health department - you can catch up on this as soon as you know that you are starting with us)
• You have ideally English and some German language skills.
• Experience in preparing speciality coffee is a plus
• Experience working in restaurants / cafes / hospitality / customer service oriented field
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• You are available at least 2-3 days per week (we do not offer mini-jobs - you would need to be available 16-20 hours per week)

• Hourly starting wage of €13.90, based on the current collective wage agreement for system gastronomy, with clear pay levels and regular raises
• Different and flexible time modules (working students, part-time, full-time varying from around 12-15 up to 24-30 hours) --> currently we are only looking for someone to work 16-20 hours per week
• Feedback: We give you regular feedback and want to hear yours - scheduled meetings with your supervisor after one, three and six months
