Supply Operations Poland — AI-native commodity trader, sustainable materials. Berlin, hybrid. Polish required.
The world's first AI-native physical commodity trader is hiring a Supply Operations specialist to find, validate, and deliver recycled plastics to a growing customer base across Europe. Helsinki-based startup, 15 people across Helsinki, Berlin, and Stockholm. Backed by Lifeline Ventures and SpeedInvest.
What You'll Own
→ Growth & Pace — main driver of revenue growth alongside Sales; Supply owner for key accounts and projects
→ Supplier Relationships — build long-term partnerships, know partners inside-out, ensure high trust and efficient delivery
→ Purchasing & Negotiation — competitive pricing, high quality standards, exciting partners to go the extra mile
→ Product Management — provide operational context to the Product team to make the service faster and smarter
→ Occasional travel to supplier sites and trade fairs
What We're Looking For
→ Takes initiative and drives things forward without waiting for instructions
→ Excited to face new things daily — meets new people, builds relationships naturally
→ Learns quickly, adapts to uncertainty, keeps a cool head under pressure
→ Works independently with full ownership
→ Native Polish required; professional English required
→ Native German a plus; other languages an asset (Slavic/Baltic, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese)
→ 2–6 years of experience; attitude over experience
→ Based in Berlin, hybrid
