Tasks

Ivalua consulting is firmly anchored in MHP’s DNA - we create space for modern digitalization solutions and continuously develop our portfolio. As a Senior Consultant Ivalua (f/m/d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

The following tasks await you:

• Implementation and configuration of Ivalua modules
• Consulting with the customer to analyze, optimize, and redesign sourcing and procurement processes
• Requirements analysis, conducting workshops, and discussing options and best practices with business and IT stakeholders
• Designing functional and technical solution concepts based on Ivalua
• Leading workstreams or sub-projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality are met
• Contributing to pre-sales and practice development activities
  
  
  

Qualifications

To be well-prepared for your path as a Senior Consultant Ivalua (f/m/d), you bring the following qualifications:

• A completed degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in consulting, with deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), procurement, and supply chain processes, supported by hands-on experience with digital procurement platforms and transformation projects.
• Passion for consulting, as well as for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in Ivalua platform configuration, including advanced administration and technical capabilities, supported by L3 certification, SaaS architecture understanding, and ERP integration experience.
• A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor, ownership of delivery responsibilities, and contribution to proposal preparation.
  
  
  

Important Information Before Departure:

• Start: By agreement - always at the beginning of a month
• Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days
• Employment type: Permanent

• Language: Fluent in English & German at least B2
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
