Your mission as Product Manager for Sovereign Cloud (f/m/d):

• A unique mission: To offer German companies and administrations a "Trusted Cloud" combining the technological power of Google with military-grade security of Thales. Joining S3NS extension to the German market means participating in a historic technological adventure at the heart of European digital sovereignty.
• The role of Product Manager is part of a demanding environment where regulatory compliance (C5 catalog) meets cutting-edge innovation. You will need to navigate a complex ecosystem, manage high-level stakeholders and ensure flawless execution. Making a mistake is not an option when the most sensitive data and the trust of our clients are at stake.
• As a Senior Product Manager, you are managing your product line. You transform the strategic vision into a concrete, technical roadmap:
• Product Strategy: Define and manage the vision of your scope in alignment with the needs of the sovereign market.
• Technical Expertise: Translate complex technological concepts (infrastructure, cybersecurity, API) into value-creating features.
• Roadmap management: Prioritize with firmness and discernment in a context of strong technical and regulatory constraints.
• Stakeholder Interface: Work closely with Thales and Google Cloud engineers to ensure interoperability and security
  
  
  

We are looking forward to:

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or leading complex technology initiatives, ideally within Cloud, Infrastructure, Platform, SaaS, or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong technical and cloud expertise: You have a solid understanding of cloud architectures, distributed systems, and infrastructure platforms. You are comfortable partnering with Engineering and Architecture teams, challenging technical assumptions, and making informed trade-off decisions.
• Sovereign Cloud and regulatory awareness: You understand the principles of data sovereignty, cloud security, and compliance requirements. Experience with frameworks and regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, BSI C5, EUCS, SecNumCloud, or comparable standards is highly desirable.
• Strategic product leadership: You can translate customer, market, regulatory, and technical requirements into a clear product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy, balancing long-term objectives with measurable business outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and execution excellence: You thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments, are comfortable operating in ambiguity, and proactively establish processes, frameworks, and operating models that enable scale and growth.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills: You communicate complex concepts with clarity and precision and have a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Executive Leadership, and international teams.
