About Eucalyptus
We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.
Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.
Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Our Growth Story
This is an operations-first role in a fast-growing digital healthcare company. As our patient base in Germany continues to scale, we need to make sure the operational engine behind the patient experience scales with it. As an Operations Manager, you’ll help run and improve the processes that keep our German business moving — solving day-to-day operational challenges while helping build better, more scalable ways of working. You’ll work across Patient Experience, Product, Tech, Growth, and other teams, with support and direction from your manager. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, improving processes, and turning ambiguity into action.
What You’ll Do
Keep our operations running smoothly
What Success Looks Like
Keeping Operations Running & Improving — You reliably solve the day-to-day problems that keep the business moving, while spotting and making improvements along the way.
Turning Ambiguity into Structure — You can take an unclear or messy problem, break it down, work out what matters, and move towards a solution.
Balancing Speed with Precision — You move quickly and pragmatically while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and patient experience.
Compensation
