xHeron is building the Service-as-Software company for short-term rental operators. We own the outcome, the responsibility, and the industry standards. Traditionally, operators had two options: build and manage an internal 24/7 operation or hand over the business to a full-service property manager. We take on the operating scope directly, serving the most critical part of any hospitality business at scale: Guest Operations.

We bootstrapped to €550K ARR in 18 months, across 500+ units, and have just closed our Pre-Seed. We're setting out to define the new standard for how short-term rental operators run their business.

**The Role

**You'll be xHeron's first commercial hire, working directly with Cedric (CEO). Your mission: own and scale outbound sales into our core ICP end-to-end, from first touch to signed contract, and turn what works into the GTM engine.

This isn't a role where you inherit a polished motion, but you're not starting from zero either. We know our ICP and have already closed customers ourselves. What's missing is a scalable system to identify, contact, and sell to them, and that's exactly what you'll build with the CEO: lead generation, qualification, and closing, end-to-end. You'll be critical to xHeron's growth.

There's no ceiling on this. Prove the motion, and you decide what's next: Head of Growth, Head of Expansion, Head of Customer Success. Where you are in 12 months is up to you.

What You'll Own

• Outbound & full-cycle ownership: Build and manage outbound campaigns end-to-end, from list building through messaging and iteration.


• Automated account & prospect research: Build an automated scoring system that uses signals and AI to prioritize accounts and prospects, powering personalized, individualized outreach at scale.


• Creative lead generation: Find and build creative ways to scrape, score, and validate leads, combining automated data pipelines with unconventional sources and channels.


• GTM systems ownership: Own the GTM tools, systems, and data.


• Performance & iteration: Track performance, kill what doesn't work, and scale what does.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have 2+ years of experience in a high-agency environment: early-stage startup, sales, or similar.


• You're entrepreneurial: you operate like a founder, figuring things out and creating your own path.


• You're a hunter: you know how to build a pipeline without warm inbound.


• You can sell: you build trust with buyers, run a full cycle, and close, from first touch to signature.


• Comfortable owning CRM hygiene and turning activity into reporting.


• You're a native German speaker.

You May Not Be a Great Fit If

• You want a pipeline handed to you rather than generating your own.


• You need detailed instructions and shy away from taking responsibility.


• You only want the "strategic" parts and skip the prospecting and the unglamorous grunt work.


• You've never carried a quota or closed deals end-to-end.
