Job description

We are looking for a Business Central Operations & Automation Specialist to join our Business Systems & Integration team for the next 24 moths.

In this role, you will be responsible for the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of our Business Central SaaS environment with a strong focus on finance processes. You will help us automate workflows, strengthen internal controls, improve audit readiness, and enable our teams to work smarter through modern SaaS integrations and AI-supported solutions.

Job requirements

What you bring to our team:

• 3+ years of experience administering or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS, ideally in a complex finance environment
• Strong understanding of finance processes, especially general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash collection
• Experience with user and permission management, ideally including Microsoft Entra
• Experience supporting financial audits and implementing or improving internal controls
• Curiosity and confidence in using AI-supported tools to improve processes and operational efficiency
  
  

Job responsibilities

Your role in our team:

• Administer and operate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS with a focus on finance processes
• Manage users and their profiles, roles, permission sets, and access rights in Business Central and Microsoft Entra
• Establish and maintain a data retention, archiving, and documentation framework in line with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate business processes and controls
• Design and improve operational finance processes in alignment with controlling frameworks and audit guidelines
• Monitor system performance, manage job queues, and drive continuous performance optimization
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for business users
• Dimensional data governance, analysis of financial data and report creation
