H.E.A.T. develops power plant control software with a focus on resilience, market integration, and bringing AI-based tooling to service. Our customers are EPC/Distributors/IPP combining gensets (diesel, gas, CHP) with renewables and industrial batteries.

The Role

As Senior Key Account & Partnership Manager, you will own and grow relationships with our most important partners. Rather than chasing quick sales, you will focus on building organizational alignment, helping partners integrate H.E.A.T.’s software into their core processes. The role requires patience and the ability to collaborate with large industrial organisations.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and develop long-term relationships with our key partners. Build a strong understanding of each partner’s organisation and needs.


• Work with the founders to create account plans and agree on clear milestones.


• Build trusted relationships across management, commercial and technical teams. Support partners in incorporating H.E.A.T. into their sales, design and delivery processes.


• Coordinate closely with H.E.A.T.’s product and engineering teams to ensure partner needs are understood and addressed.


• Identify growth opportunities with partners such as training and longer-term commercial agreements.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Product Management or similar roles in the battery, power generation- or industrial technology sector.


• Track record of managing and developing highly technical partnerships that require thorough product and industry understanding.


• A relationship builder who listens carefully, understands how organisations function and can bring different stakeholders together.


• Ability to operate independently in an early-stage company. Comfortable travelling (primarily within Europe).

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working with generator/CHP distributors or manufacturers, EPCs, system integrators or similar.


• Fluency in German.
