Your seat to fill:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through premium brand experience
• Be a role model for consumer service, assess consumer needs and assist by providing detailed and accurate product information and excellent product demonstrations
• Process payment returns and exchanges and adhere to cash and profit protection procedures
• Offer premium after-sales services and assist with certain repairs
• Build productive trust relationships with consumers
• Ensure compliance with Cybex policies and procedures
• Maintain a premium easy-to-shop environment for consumers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
• Capture meaningful consumer data (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with the consumer, building relationships and personalizing future consumer development opportunities
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store goals
• Comply with store policies and procedures, security standards to maintain a safe shopping and working environment
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive sales and achieve store KPI targets
  
  

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• First sales experience in luxury, premium retail or juvenile industry
• Relevant education at minimum completed apprenticeship in sales, commercial or similar
• Good communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
• Passion and interest in design & fashion
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Flexibility, strong customer focus, hands-on mentality
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours according to the needs of business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & affinity in the usage of POS system
