The role

The HelloFresh People Operations Team is now looking for a Payroll Manager (m / f / d) who will use their expert knowledge to help think and develop the topic of payroll within a young, rapidly expanding company, and consider this as a strategically important topic within the People Team. As a successful applicant, you will also always have an open ear for the questions of our employees, manage to organize and structure your tasks independently, and support internal team projects.

What You’ll Do

It is your main goal to ensure the monthly payroll using the payroll system “Accurat HCM” together with the payroll team. Therefore you will:

• Ensure the data quality with plausibility analyses and evaluation as well as comparison of current data to previous data and the creation of statistics
• Be the contact person for internal and external stakeholder specifically in payroll projects
• Participate in the monthly and annual financial statements as well as in internal and external audits
• Frequently reviewing and developing of actual payroll processes
  
  

What You’ll Bring

To help you manage your tasks successfully, it would be advantageous to bring:

• 2+ years of professional experience in payroll
• Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
• Being a team player but also able to work independently, structured and extremely conscientious
• Very good knowledge of Excel and a general affinity for new systems and tools
• The ability to speak and write fluently in German and English
