Aufgabengebiet
- Own and operate the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001
- Act as the responsible owner for ICT Risk Management within a regulated financial services environment
- Implement, maintain, and further develop DORA-related processes and controls
- Maintain and continuously improve the ICT Risk Management Framework
- Manage and maintain the DORA Information Register
- Perform ICT risk assessments and monitor mitigation measures
- Establish and operate ICT incident classification and reporting processes
- Manage Third-Party and ICT Vendor Risk in line with DORA requirements
- Prepare and support regulatory audits, internal audits, and supervisory reviews
- Act as the key contact for Internal Audit and external regulators
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
- Support Business Continuity and Operational Resilience initiatives
- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to implement practical security controls
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience as the responsible owner of an ISMS and ICT Risk Management function within a regulated financial institution
- Experience working in a licensed FinTech, Payment Institution, E-Money Institution, or other small to mid-sized regulated financial services organization
- Hands-on responsibility for Information Security and ICT Risk Management without relying on large governance, compliance, or risk teams
- Practical ownership of DORA-related processes, including ICT Risk Management, Information Register, ICT Incident Management, and Third-Party Risk Management
- Experience dealing directly with auditors, internal audit functions, and regulatory requirements
- working knowledge of ISO 27001 and operational ISMS management
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership for security and risk topics across the organization
- Business fluent English
