To support our team, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) to help us expand across Central Eastern Europe & the Middle East.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across the region
• Develop and execute growth strategies
• Manage and optimize distributor networks
• Identify new market opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams
• Travel internationally (~30%)
  
  

Your Profile

• 5+ years in business development / sales in life sciences
• Strong experience with distributor networks
• Proven track record of driving growth
• Fluency in English (additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills
