About The Company
Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category - the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy - full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. We're the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we're accelerating.
Role overview
We're looking for a Financial Director who will own the full finance function with a strong focus on the US market. Your job is to keep our numbers accurate, compliant, and decision-ready as we scale, and to build the financial foundation needed for IPO-level readiness. This role exists to help the CEO make faster, smarter moves with clear financial visibility.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own company-wide financial management with a focus on US operations and compliance
Build and maintain executive-level reporting across P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
Manage cash flow, runway, and the payment calendar to keep the business stable and scalable
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support growth decisions
Partner with external US accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance
Drive IPO / pre-IPO readiness by improving reporting quality, controls, and financial discipline
Work closely with leadership and business teams to evaluate investments, expansion plans, and cost efficiency
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
5+ years of experience in senior finance roles (Finance Director / Head of Finance / CFO-level scope)
Strong hands-on expertise with the US market - finance, accounting, tax, and regulatory basics
Proven experience supporting IPO or pre-IPO processes (reporting, audit readiness, controls)
Background in a fast-growing IT company or startup environment with high speed and constant change
Confident financial modeling and analysis skills in Excel / Google Sheets
Practical experience using AI tools to automate reporting, analysis, and finance workflows
English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (you'll use it daily with US partners, documentation, and external advisors)
Bonus if you have:
Experience in SaaS, PropTech, MarTech, or marketplace business models
Experience working with investors, fundraising, or financial due diligence
Experience building finance processes from scratch (systems, policies, reporting routines)
People management experience or readiness to build a finance team
Why You'll Love It Here:
You'll work at the core of a product-led, AI-powered startup where data drives every decision
Your work will ship fast and impact thousands of users
High autonomy, low bureaucracy: we trust you to own your domain
Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication
Salary (fixed base) ABOVE the market average
A smart, passionate team that moves fast, supports each other, and builds cool stuff
15 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days annually
Paid access to courses, books, and growth resources
Real decision-making power and ownership of your results
