In this role, you will turn digital ambition into tangible business impact for the global service organization of the Grid Technologies Business Area. Your day will involve shaping priorities with senior stakeholders, challenging how work is done today, and guiding teams from idea to adoption. You will connect business needs, process excellence, data foundations, digital platforms, automation, and artificial intelligence into a transformation agenda that improves productivity, scalability, and customer value across the service value chain.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Ownership and advancement of the digital transformation roadmap for the global service value chain, with clear alignment to business strategy, productivity targets, customer value, and a future-ready operating model
• End-to-end digital, business, and process transformation through the redesign of existing ways of working, process standardization, simplification, scalability, and measurable operational, commercial, and efficiency improvements
• Senior stakeholder alignment across business functions, regions, process ownership, information technology, and external partners, including sponsorship, clear decision-making, and sustainable ownership
• Structured transformation governance covering priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, benefit realization, baselines, success measures, adoption targets, performance indicators, transparency, and disciplined execution
• Strengthening of the digital and data backbone through reusable data products, common standards, platform integration, data quality, automation readiness, and artificial intelligence readiness
• Development of a future human-machine organization and transformation culture through effective collaboration between people, digital tools, automation, and artificial intelligence, enabling improved decision-making, productivity, quality, scalability, ownership, collaboration, reuse, experimentation, courageous decision-making, and continuous improvement across teams and regions
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in digital transformation, process transformation, business transformation, operational excellence, or enterprise-wide change within complex international environments
• Strong leadership capabilities encompassing strategic direction, clarity, senior stakeholder influence, courageous decision-making, and cross-functional alignment around shared business outcomes
• Translation of strategy into executable roadmaps, prioritized transformation portfolios, and measurable productivity and value contributions, supported by strong business acumen, analytical thinking, commercial awareness, KPIs, baselines, business cases, benefit realization, productivity levers, and performance-management routines
• Strong understanding of service, operations, or project-execution value chains, ideally encompassing customer relationship management, supply chain, customer service, asset management, finance, and field-service processes
• Experience with digital platforms, data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence-enabled transformation, with advantageous familiarity with Salesforce, SAP S/4, Teamcenter, Snowflake, Alteryx, Power BI, UiPath, Fabasoft aDMS, or comparable enterprise solutions
• Strong change-management mindset and collaborative, resilient, ownership-driven working style, including the conversion of concepts and implementations into sustainable adoption, business ownership, and continuous improvement, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity, constructively challenge the status quo, and lead transformation with clarity and energy
