As SuccessFactors Enablement Manager, you connect Global HR, regional HR teams, IT and implementation partners to make SAP SuccessFactors work in practice across our international organization. You bring a strong HR perspective to SAP SuccessFactors and translate system and process designs into practical ways of working, bring regional requirements back into the global design, and coordinate the business-side activities required for successful testing, deployment, training and adoption.

How You Will Create An Impact

• You act as a key interface between global HR, regional HR, IT and implementation partners, translating business needs and technical topics into clear HR implications, responsibilities and actions.
• You ensure that SAP SuccessFactors solutions are practical and workable from a global and regional HR perspective, bringing strong operational HR expertise into solution and process design across Employee Central, Time Off, Compensation, and Reporting.
• You lead the intake, clarification, and structuring of regional HR requirements, feedback, and localization needs, translating them into clear processes, responsibilities, and implementation actions.
• You identify cross-module dependencies and practical HR implications, support functional recommendations and impact assessments, and ensure material design choices and trade-offs are prepared for decision in the appropriate governance forums.
• You coordinate business-side preparation and regional participation for UAT, ensuring HR teams are enabled to validate SuccessFactors against practical HR processes and operational requirements.
• You coordinate the HR-side of migration, deployment and go-live readiness, translating technical requirements into clear HR actions and supporting data validation, cutover, hypercare and stabilization
• You lead SAP SuccessFactors training and enablement activities, coordinating training needs, relevant materials and user guidance, while incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• You support SuccessFactors-specific change and adoption measures, helping translate system and process changes into clear communication, gathering stakeholder feedback and supporting regional readiness in coordination with HR and the Transformation Office.
• You contribute to the continuous development of the HR systems and process landscape, identifying opportunities for SAP SuccessFactors, AI, and emerging technologies to improve HR processes, user experience, and operational efficiency beyond the initial deployment.
  
  

About You

• You have at least four to five years of broad HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR processes and day-to-day HR operations in an international environment.
• You have hands-on experience with the international implementation or deployment of SAP SuccessFactors and have worked across multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, TimeOff and Compensation).
• You have practical experience across key implementation stages, including UAT, migration, training, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
• You understand how HR processes, systems, and data interact and are confident translating HR business needs into technology requirements and practical solutions.
• You are technology-savvy and have a strong interest in digital HR solutions, including a good understanding of AI and its potential applications in HR.
• You have excellent communication and facilitation skills and effectively collaborate with regional stakeholders across HR, IT, and implementation partners.
• You have a service-oriented, hands-on, and solution-focused mindset, combined with strong delivery discipline, ownership, and the ability to lead effectively across different stakeholder groups.
• You have a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field; equivalent relevant professional experience may also be considered.
• You are fluent in English (C1 or above); German is an advantage.
