The Opportunity

Superhuman is building the AI-native future of work: a family of products people and companies rely on to think, write, and get things done faster, and we're looking for a Technical Program Manager to help shape what Superhuman Go becomes. You'd be joining a team that's rethinking what proactive AI can look like in practice. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product management teams, shipping software that meaningfully anticipates and amplifies human productivity at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive engineering delivery end-to-end. You'll support the program management of multi-quarter engineering initiatives from planning through launch. That means working closely with engineering teams to track milestones, surface dependencies, and manage technical risks as they come up.
• Translate engineering requirements into plans people can actually execute. You'll partner with engineering leads to break down technical work into phased delivery plans with clear milestones — identifying the critical path, spotting dependencies, and flagging resource constraints before they become problems. The goal is to give teams the clarity they need to make confident, autonomous decisions.
• Get into the technical detail. You'll engage directly with engineers on architecture decisions, trade-offs, and system design. You do need to understand what's being built and why, so you can help the team make smart calls about scope, quality, and when something is ready to ship.
• Track and improve engineering health. You'll keep an eye on delivery metrics, flag risks early, and run post-launch retrospectives to capture what you've learned. You'll work with engineering and data teams to establish the signals that tell you whether a system is doing what it should — and act quickly when it isn't.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-scaling tech environment. You're either coming from a technical background (Software Engineering, , QA, Data Engineering, or similar) and stepping into program management, or you've been a Program Manager before and want to go deeper on the engineering side.
• Enough technical depth to earn engineering trust. You understand how software systems are built — whether from hands-on experience writing code, working in data infrastructure, or spending real time embedded with engineering teams.
• Strong programme management fundamentals, or the drive to build them. You understand (or are genuinely eager to learn) how to run a delivery cadence: planning cycles, dependency tracking, risk management, and keeping stakeholders in the loop. If you're coming from a pure engineering background, you're coachable and excited to develop this side of your skillset.
• You're proactive and organized. You don't wait to be told what needs to be done — you gather context, spot gaps, and get moving. You can hold multiple engineering workstreams in your head at once without losing sight of what matters most.
• You build real credibility with engineers. Whether through a shared technical background or genuine curiosity about how things work, you earn trust with engineering teams, not by managing them from above, but by making their work easier and their path to delivery clearer.
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and move with purpose. Shifting priorities don't throw you off — you adapt quickly and stay focused. You know when to push forward and when to slow down and get the right alignment before committing a team to a direction.

Compensation Range: €85K - €115K
