Uber for Business has rapidly expanded and is positioned to be the next growth engine for Uber. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals, with a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing partnerships for Uber for Business in the DACH Region.

About The Job

• Sign new logos in the Mid-Market segment (1000-5000 employees)
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Own full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close for Mid-Market accounts (1,000-5,000 employees)
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Generate and convert new business pipeline through outbound, referrals, and partnerships
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Identify and engage key decision-makers across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Position Uber for Business value proposition tailored to company mobility, meals, and expense needs
  
  

About You

• 3+ years recent experience of new business development Native-level German speaker with excellent spoken and written English
• Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills
• Sincere, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses
• Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Hospitality & Tourism Background preferred
• You're the kind of person calling their Grandma on her birthday
