A Snapshot of Your Day

As Lead (f/m/d) Digital Ecosystem & Operating Model, you will help shape the future of Siemens Energy Procurement's digital and AI transformation journey. Working directly with the Head of Procurement Digital Transformation & AI, you will drive the evolution of the Procurement Innovation Portfolio, the AI Forge ecosystem, and the operating model of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO). You will establish the structures, governance, partnerships, and capabilities required to scale digital products and AI solutions globally. You will act as a key connector between Product Owners, Technology, Data & AI teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and external technology providers, helping to transform AI Forge from a successful Procurement platform into a blueprint of a scalable enterprise ecosystem.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Drive the evolution of the AI Forge ecosystem and the Procurement Innovation Portfolio, establishing the governance, structures, and operating mechanisms required to scale digital products and AI capabilities globally
• Design and continuously improve the DTO operating model, including governance structures, roles, processes, capabilities, and ways of working
• Build and develop a high-performing ecosystem of implementation partners, technology providers, universities, startups, and strategic collaborators to accelerate innovation, adoption, and delivery
• Create transparency across products, investments, resources, dependencies, adoption, business value, and portfolio performance to support executive decision-making and value realization
• Identify opportunities to scale AI Forge capabilities beyond Procurement and foster collaboration across Siemens Energy business functions and organizations
• Support the positioning, communication, and adoption of AI Forge with leadership teams, key stakeholders, customers, and external partners
  
  
  

What You Bring

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field
• Extensive years of experience in transformation management, operating model development, business process improvement, portfolio management, or digitalization
• Expertise in governance frameworks, operating models, business cases, KPI management, value tracking, and reporting
• Strong analytical, strategic, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset with the ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models and organizational capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, digital, and external partner organizations
• Excellent English and German communication skills
