A great kitchen needs a great team behind it.

At Pamela, one of Big Mamma's newest restaurants in Berlin, we're looking for a reliable and energetic Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.

You'll play an essential role behind the scenes, making sure dishes, equipment and work areas are clean, organized and ready when the team needs them. It's a hands-on role where your work directly supports the rhythm of every service.

Your Role & Responsibilities

You help keep the kitchen clean, organized and ready for service:

• Wash and clean dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils efficiently
• Ensure clean equipment and tableware are always available during service
• Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized and safe
• Support the kitchen team with cleaning and operational tasks
• Dispose of waste correctly and maintain high hygiene standards
• Help with general kitchen organization and deliveries when needed
• Support the chefs and wider kitchen team during busy services
• Keep a strong pace and stay organized throughout the shift
  
  
  

Your work keeps the kitchen moving. When everything is clean and ready, the whole team can perform at its best.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant or similar environment is a plus
• Good physical stamina and ability to stay active during the shift
• Comfortable working at a fast pace and handling repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to support the team
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
  
  
  

No extensive kitchen experience is required. We value reliability, energy and the willingness to work hard as part of a team.
